Nepal: Initial National Communication to the COP of the UNFCCC

National communications gives information on emissions and removals of greenhouse gases (GHGs) and details of the activities a Party (country) has undertaken to implement the Convention (UNFCCC). It also contain information on national circumstances, vulnerability assessment, financial resources and transfer of technology, and education, training and public awareness.

Nepal submitted its first National Communication Report on July 2004 and is currently engaged in preparing the Second National Communication. Please refer the project website for detail informations and updates www.moenv.gov.np/snc
