Information note for COP18 to the UNFCCC and CMP8 to the Kyoto Protocol was prepared by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology with technical support from Clean Energy Nepal (CEN) on behalf of Climate Change Network Nepal. The objectives for preparing this information note was to provide general updates and information about key issues of climate talks and to make Nepali delegates aware about the key issues on climate change negotiation
