Governance of Climate Change Adaptation Finance in Nepal (in Nepali) नेपालमा जलवायु परिवर्तन अनुकुलनको वितीय ब्यवस्था

This is the Nepali version of the briefing paper "Governance of Climate Change Adaptation Finance in Nepal" (In Nepali: नेपालमा जलवायु परिवर्तन अनुकुलनको वितीय ब्यवस्था).  The briefing paper describes  various financial constraints and  context of climate change governance in Nepal in existing situation and emerging situation on climate change adaptation with some issues such as PPCR and NAPA. It has also forwarded various recommendations to the Government of Nepal and Civil society for the smooth and effective governance.
